Jiu Jitsu – Private Lessons

Private Lessons – In Person or Virtual

We offer private lessons with both Cadence and Keegan, available either online or in person. When you choose online private lessons, having both instructors means you can clearly observe techniques demonstrated with a partner, enhancing your understanding and learning. For online sessions, you’ll need to provide your own uke (partner) to practice the techniques at home. If you prefer an in-person session, you have the flexibility to attend alone; Cadence and Keegan can demonstrate together, so you’re not required to bring a friend or uke with you. This makes our lessons accessible and effective, whether you come solo or with a partner.

In-person private lessons can be scheduled to take place at 10th Planet Fort Worth or, if a relationship has already been established, at their home training setup.

Private Lessons – Video Review

Prior to your private lesson, Cadence & Keegan can review competition or practice video footage to identify gaps that need to be closed or improvements that can be made. Once scheduled, we will coordinate with you to send us your video for their review. By sharing your footage in advance, you’ll receive tailored feedback during your lesson, helping you maximize your progress and focus on targeted areas of improvement.

Please note that you must purchase a single lesson, 4-lesson bundle, or have a private lesson membership in order to schedule a private lesson. If you schedule a private lesson without these, it will be rejected. Please Contact Us with any questions. At least a 24-hour cancellation is required.

Please see our Private Lessons page for single sessions, bundles, & subscription options, as well as our Discounts page to see if you may be eligible for any discounts.
