This coaching may include personal training, strength & conditioning, tactical conditioning, corrective exercise, bodybuilding-style development, and nutrition support for athletes preparing to move up a weight class, cut for competition, improve performance, or build long-term athletic durability.

Starter Performance Coaching — $99/month

Best for athletes who need structure, a clear plan, and basic accountability.

Performance Coaching — $179/month

Best for athletes who want more customized programming, weekly support, and feedback.

Complete Performance Coaching — $299/month

Best for athletes who want the highest level of support for performance, body composition, and competition preparation.

  • Support for bulking, cutting, and competition preparation

New Performance Coaching Clients

All new performance coaching clients must complete the Performance Coaching Application before payment.

This allows us to review goals, training history, equipment access, schedule, health limitations, nutrition needs, body-composition goals, and whether the requested coaching is a good fit.

Approved clients may use the payment options below for their confirmed plan.

Only use these payment options if:

  • You have already completed the Performance Coaching Application
  • Your plan has already been approved
  • You do not need a new injury, health, nutrition, or goal review
  • You do not need a new discount reviewed
  • You are purchasing the plan already recommended by Furious Stylez

Payment does not automatically confirm the start of coaching. Coaching start date, plan details, check-in expectations, and required forms must be confirmed by Furious Stylez.

Nutrition Support

Nutrition support may include general education, habit-building, meal-structure guidance, performance fueling, body-composition planning, and competition preparation support.

This may be useful for athletes working through a bulking phase, moving toward a higher weight class, cutting for an upcoming competition, or trying to improve training performance through better nutrition structure.

Nutrition coaching is not medical nutrition therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. Clients with medical conditions, eating disorders, prescribed diets, or physician-directed restrictions should consult a qualified medical professional or registered dietitian.

Corrective Exercise

Corrective exercise support may help improve movement quality, stability, mobility, control, and training readiness.

Corrective exercise is not physical therapy, medical diagnosis, injury diagnosis, or injury treatment.

Tactical Conditioning

Tactical conditioning focuses on building strength, conditioning, durability, work capacity, and movement ability for athletes who need to perform under fatigue.

For Jiu Jitsu athletes, this may support better pace, pressure, scrambles, repeated efforts, and competition readiness.

Bodybuilding-Style Development

Bodybuilding-style development may be used to support muscle growth, body composition goals, strength development, and weight-class planning.

This may be useful for athletes intentionally bulking toward a higher weight class or building more muscle to support long-term athletic development.
