This Spring, Cadence & Keegan are balancing Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, strength & conditioning, homework, chiropractic care, & meals. Their training totals just over 32 hours per week! Here’s what it looks like:
Monday
Wake up 07:30
Stretches 07:45-08:00
Breakfast 08:00-08:30
Get ready
Leave for chiropractor 09:00
Chiropractor 09:15-09:30
Drive home 09:30
Cardio (Keegan) 09:45-10:30 (Cadence relax)
Meal 2 10:30-10:45

Meal 3 12:30-13:00 and prep shakes/meals
Leave for gym 13:15
Lifting 13:45-14:45
Carb/Creatine shake 15:00 (On drive to wrestling)

Meal 5 17:30-18:00 (In wrestling parking lot)
Head to Jiu Jitsu

Bed by 22:30 to get 9 hours of sleep
Tuesday
